Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope you love everything you order form us, but if something is not quite right or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please note there maybe additional postage costs with an exchange.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your order was received we are very sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return an online order the parcel must be sent back to us within 5 working days, with tracking.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Peggy swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there is no change of mind refund or exchange on sale items or items purchased using a discount code.

Please email info@peggy.com.au for a returns authorisation form that will provide postal instructions.

Afterpay full price items can be returned for an online credit or a refund if full price. Afterpay purchases cannot be exchanged. Sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.

If you wish to return your goods, complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy – if eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge.

When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully as SALE items or anything purchased during a sale event cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post in bio-degradable packaging. All orders are traceable. Please note, at times, some customers may experience some delays with their delivery, and we thank you for your patience.

Packaging

We have made a conscious effort to eliminate plastic as much as possible, by only using compostable materials for packaging and shipping.  Our orders will now only come in “Peggy” tissue paper which can be re-used.

Australian Deliveries

  • FREE SHIPPING for all orders of $100 and above
  • $10 flat rate for shipping for all orders under $100
  • $15 Express Post shipping is available at the checkout

Australian deliveries will take between 2 - 7 working days

International Deliveries

  • $20.00 flat rate for shipping to New Zealand 
  • $40.00 world wide shipping

When ordering outside Australia, it is our aim to have your order to you in approximately 6 -28 working days.

Australia Post is used for both Australia and International deliveries

Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue we rely on the tracking information from Australia Post, where the parcel tracking indicates it has not yet been delivered and is over the expected time frames we will investigate the matter through an enquiry lodged with Australia Post. These enquiries can take up to 10 days once lodged. Once an order's tracking status is noted as delivered then any dispute over its delivery must be taken up directly between the addressee and Australia Post. Please contact us via info@peggy.com.au
