EARTH ELEMENT STOMACH:
Location: 5cm beneath the outer part of the knee bone, on the outside of the shin.
Directions: Apply to stomach acupressure point and massage with fingertip. Do not use if pregnant.
This point is great in supporting the whole body, and one to press if you suffer from fatigue as it is known for its energising qualities.
